It’s great, and you were both great in it.

I love that it was not so filled with blue screen and green screen.

Old Guy, directed by Simon West, follows aging contract killer Danny Dolinski, who is revitalized by a new assignment to train Gen Z newcomer Wihlborg. While grappling with the challenges of mentoring a prodigious young assassin, Dolinski seeks to win the affection of club manager Anata.
Whether or not they listen is almost irrelevant.
Otherwise, it just seems random.
It gives them a dimension of their relationship and gives them a history.
I think that’s important.
WALTZ: I can tell you fond memories I have about Simon West because he is immensely flexible.
If the scene starts to turn into something unexpected, he still knows how to shoot it perfectly.
LIU: Simon is actually very, very funny, and that’s something I did not expect.
He’s got all these incredible stories.
I just found him really delightful.
