She comes across as cool and carefree, but the smile on her face feels forced.

She’s performing just like Dexter, but what isherdark passenger?

Lila killed her last boyfriend, supposedly by accident, in an apartment fire, but we know better.

Lila and Dexter become so close that they begin an affair.

Her possessiveness leads to her setting Rita’s house on fire when Dexter tries to end things with her.

She even goes so far as to frame one of his co-workers, and shockingly kills Sgt.

Doakes (Erik King) to protect Dexter.

But what if he hadn’t?

Lumen deserved more than one season.

Each season of the series has a big bad or two he must conquer.

We know Dexter will kill Lila and go back to Rita.That’s alsoDexter’s biggest flaw.

The series peaked withJohn Lithgow’s Trinity Killerin Season 4.

The series would have been better off having Dexter run off with Lila.

He could have been himself, in a Bonnie and Clyde-like relationship, instead of playing someone else.
