However,Cuervo, three teachers, and fewer than twenty students had the passion to make it happen.

Alien: The Playpremiered on March 19, 2019, and had a second performance on March 22.

So why was some little high school production of a horror movie getting so much attention?

That encore performance ofAlien: The Playdid happen, fittingly, on Alien Day, April 26.

In attendance was none other thanEllen Ripley herself, Sigourney Weaver.

When she walked out on stage, the surprised crowd went wild.
