Renfieldwill be getting two bite-worthy 4K editions.
The first will be Scream Factorys signature slipcover Collectors Edition that features the horror comedys main poster artwork.
This seesNicolas Cages Draculahovering over Hoults disturbed title character.
The second 4K edition will be aWalmart exclusive steelbook.
This features new artwork ofDraculafrom the neck down.
Both editions will be a 4K/Blu-ray combo pack.
Despite getting aforeign 4K steelbookin late 2023, this is the first timeRenfieldwill be receiving an American 4K release.
What’s Renfield About?
He’s done with killing for him and preparing his meals.
Dracula has left him traumatized, going to AA meetings every week to cope with his sins.
That festering feeling becomes even more apparent whenRenfieldfalls in love with a cop named Rebecca (Awkwafina).
However, Dracula’s not going to allow this to happen while he still haunts the Earth.
This includes 1931sDracula, whichRenfieldrepurposed footage from.
However, thanks to Hoult andCages committed performances,Renfieldis destined to become acampy horror cult classic.
