“You saw these two badass women, so flawed and so there for each other.
Rollins and Bensonwould form bonds over lost familial relationships, motherhood, and more during Giddish’s 12-season stint.
That strong relationship is what made Hargitay so vocal about the move to write Rollins out of the show.
I dont like not being listened to, especially when Im right.”
Hargitay has worked with creatorDick Wolfsince the series inception in the late 1990s.
She’s since taken on an executive producer role and haseven directed.
She says that “he and I have had some gnarly negotiations.
And I dont think hes had that with anyone else.”
Unfortunately, those gnarly negotiations still resulted in the departure of Giddish’s Amanda Rollins.

Unlike its counterparts, however,Organized Crimewill now be a streaming-only series, available on Peacock.
