Life has not been so swell for theChrisley Knows Bestfamily sinceJulie ChrisleyandTodd Chrisleywere sentenced for theirfraudulent crimes.
Savannah is now the legal guardian ofChloe ChrisleyandGrayson Chrisley, who hasrecently left for college.
However, becoming a guardian comes with even more responsibilities.

“I sell houses.
I do social media influencing, she explained.
And I am not lazy.
So, I’ll work my ass off till the wee hours of the morning if I have to.
It’s just who I am.”
She admitted, Ive struggled, and explained that getting guardianship of her younger siblings was unexpected.
“I wasn’t expecting to get two kids,” Savannah stated.
Sure, I put a smile on my face.
I look the part, I play the part.
But it doesn’t mean I actually am the part.
You fake it till you make it.That’s the world that we live in."
I didn’t know what you had to wear.
They’re super strict on guidelines for visitation wardrobe.
I just remember falling to the floor, and I was like, ‘I can’t do this.
I am not my mom.
I cannot do this.’
And I picked myself up, got their clothes, and we went on our way.
… You figure it out."
“I’ve always said, ‘God meant for me to be a mom.’
So, there’s a lot of things that just come naturally for me.
But it’s a learning process, for sure.
She explained that Chloe has had to lose her parents twice, so her upbringing was not easy.
Happily, weekly therapy sessions are helping the 12-year-old, which Savannah says, shes making progress.
As for Todds prison closure, it is unknown which prison he will transfer to.
However,he and Julie are still seeking for appeals.
