After the two started butting heads early on,Santos convinced herself that Langdon is actually swiping meds.
This is a gravely serious assumption that could have severe blowback.
He’s caring and attentive andtries really hard to be a good mentorto the other doctors.
Santos has simply rushed to judgment, in a way that feels pretty on-brand for her character.
