Annie Parisse (Rubicon) is in negotiations to play Van Atter’s wife.

Peter was raised by his Uncle Ben (Richard’s older brother) and Aunt May.
Rhys Ifans (Notting Hill) will play the villainous Lizard.
Aunt May and Uncle Ben are being played by Sally Field and Martin Sheen.
Production on the film is slated to begin later this month in Los Angeles.
