Underworldwas being developed before all that, however, right after Lucas finished the Prequel Trilogy.
Back then, streaming wasstill in its earliest stages.
Regardless of when and where it aired, everyone would sit down to watch it on TV.
The technology of the time was also not what Lucas needed, so everything conspired againstUnderworldever lifting off.
