While Manny is focused on trying to find them water in the campground bathroom,Gabriela hits rock bottom.

Then she lays into Manny forbeing self-righteousinstead of a supportive dad when she needs him most.
Luckily, Manny’s learned his lesson and has become the supportive dad after the bathroom meltdown.
They leave the shelter in hopes of finding transportation that could take them farther away from the flames.

The heroic moment does not mean these two are on the road to reconciliation, though.

Ultimately,it’s good that Bode and Gabriela are moving in separate directions.
They have not proven to be good for each other at this point in their lives.
After the explosive last few episodes, this series has plenty of fires to put out.
He even rides with them to check that they can get all four back to safety on the horses.
