The Captain America series is the best in the MCU, and there’s really no competition.
One of the key aspects that made Cap’s saga so entertaining was the incredible action sequences it features.
The standouts are probably Cap’s rescuing of Bucky Barnes and Barnes' apparent death aboard a moving train.

It sits comfortably in the middle,offering plenty of spectacle but sacrificing some of the more intimate stakes.
The film sees Steve Rogers discovering a plot within SHIELD and going on the run to stop it.
