Certainly, his claims of similarities are not without their merit.

Woodalls lawsuit says that the issue dates all the way back to 2003.
Woodall alleges that he sent a screenplay and trailer to Mandeville Films director of development,Jenny Marchick.
At this time, it is unclear if said materials ever made their way to Disney.
