Bonus Track is a coming-of-age romantic comedy set in 2006, centered around 16-year-old George, an aspiring musician. Ridiculed by his music teacher and struggling academically, George befriends Max, the son of famous musicians. As they prepare for a school talent show, their friendship deepens, exploring themes of popularity, sexual experimentation, and self-discovery.
Finally, the two give in to their attraction and kiss.

Instead, however, Max, a popular new classmate, comes into his life.
The two become friends, and collaborators on a talent show project, instantly improving George’s life.
But are the two destined to stay just friends…or will they become something more?
