Crime shows are a dime a dozen nowadays.

In recent times, crime shows have fire off the gamut from dramas to comedy dramas and police procedurals.

In some cases, they do last beyond a single season.

The series is set in a fictional city called Jericho in Kansas.

Residents are stuck and forced to try and survive, eventually working on trade with neighboring towns.

But war is declared between two sides, adding more tension and danger.

Jerichodidnt pull in great ratings and was canceled after its first season.

But fans were so angered that they started a campaign to bring it back, and it worked.

Fans were sad when it ended, even though viewership dropped significantly in Season 3 from Season 1.

But this show was on regular web link TV and not a specialty channel like those others.

Today, its eight-episode season is still highly praised.

Yet it wasnt appreciated for what it was when it originally aired two decades ago.

In one, his wife died in the car accident and in the other, it was his son.

Sadly, in no reality did both make it out alive.

Even so, Michael is both desperate and afraid to figure out which reality is the real one.

The show goes through twists and turns as Michael figures out who caused the accident and why.

Rife with violence, this decaying city is always dealing with drama, corruption, and crime.

Low ratings led to its cancellation and the show remains one labeled as cancelled before its time.

Hank is an ex-officer and recovering alcoholic while Britt was once a criminal.

The dynamic between the two leads made the show entertaining while their backgrounds made it unique.

Some have commented thatTerrierswould have done better in the age of streaming.

Its the perfect hidden gem show for fans to find when theres nothing else on.

The shows premature cancellation may have been a product of nothing more than bad timing.
